Common questions
My dashboard is showing no data after installing.
After installation, Pace Dashboard listens for new orders via Shopify webhooks. Existing historical orders are not retroactively imported. Place a test order or wait for the next real order to confirm the connection is working. If data still doesn't appear after an order, contact us.
How do I set up daily recap emails?
Navigate to Settings in your Pace Dashboard and enter the email addresses under "Daily recap recipients". Emails are sent each morning at your configured send time. Make sure to save your settings after adding recipients.
How do I upload or change my monthly budget?
Go to Settings → Budget Goals. You can enter a fixed monthly target, upload a CSV with daily targets, or let Pace auto-calculate from your previous month's performance. Changes take effect immediately.
Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?
Yes. Growth plan supports up to 3 stores and Enterprise supports up to 5. Install Pace Dashboard from the Shopify App Store on each additional store using the same 10dens account email. All stores will appear in a consolidated dashboard view.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time directly from your Shopify admin under Apps → Pace Dashboard → Billing. No need to contact support for billing changes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Does Pace store customer personal data?
No. Pace Dashboard only stores order totals, currencies, timestamps, and store identifiers — never customer names, email addresses, or shipping details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
