1. Who we are

Pace Dashboard is a product of 10dens, an e-commerce software development company. Our registered contact email is support@10dens.com. References to "we", "us", or "10dens" in this policy refer to the company operating Pace Dashboard at pace.10dens.com.

2. What data we collect

Pace Dashboard receives data from your Shopify store via Shopify's webhook system. We collect only:

• Order totals — the monetary value of each order and its currency
• Product names — item names included in an order (not SKUs, variants, or prices)
• Order timestamps — when the order was placed
• Store identifiers — your Shopify store domain (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com)
• Monthly budget targets — the revenue goals you configure manually in the app
• Recipient email addresses — email addresses you provide for daily recap delivery

We do not collect, store, or process: customer names, customer email addresses, shipping or billing addresses, payment details, IP addresses of your customers, or any personally identifiable information about the buyers in your store.

3. How we use your data

Data collected is used exclusively to:

• Display real-time revenue progress on your Pace Dashboard
• Calculate daily budget tracking and month-to-date performance
• Generate and deliver your daily budget recap email
• Provide per-store breakdowns across connected Shopify stores

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models.

4. Data storage and security

All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Order data is retained for as long as your account is active. Aggregated metrics may be retained for up to 24 months to power historical trend views. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Third-party services

To operate Pace Dashboard we use the following categories of third-party services:

• Email delivery — to send your daily recap emails to configured recipients
• Cloud hosting — to run the application infrastructure
• Shopify API — to receive order webhooks and authenticate your store

Each sub-processor is contractually bound to handle data securely and not use it for purposes beyond service delivery.

6. Shopify compliance webhooks

As required by Shopify, Pace Dashboard implements all mandatory compliance webhooks:

• Customer data request — we respond confirming no customer personal data is stored
• Customer data erasure — no action required as no customer PII is held; confirmed automatically
• Shop data erasure — upon receiving this webhook, all data associated with your store is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• Access to a copy of your data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability

8. Cookies

Pace Dashboard uses only session-essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Pace Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
